Haedin R. Hutchings joined Peters, Habib, McKenna, Juhl-Rhodes & Cardoza, LLP in 2023 after graduating from Cal Northern School of Law. A native of Butte County, Mr. Hutchings’ practice focuses on criminal defense and personal injury. In his work for the firm, Mr. Hutchings has represented clients in many different counties in California.

Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Mr. Hutchings worked as a law clerk under Anthony R. Cardoza at Peters, Habib, McKenna, Juhl-Rhodes & Cardoza, LLP. Mr. Hutchings is a graduate of California State University, Chico.

Mr. Hutchings grew up in a large family. While in high school, Mr. Hutchings began giving back to the local community by coaching youth football. Since graduating from Durham High School, Mr. Hutchings has continued to coach youth wrestlers in the Durham Wrestling Club and at Durham High School. When Mr. Hutchings is not in the court room, he can be found in a gym coaching wrestling, and with his wife Jessica and their daughter, Jayden.
